This restaurant is located in a shopping center and possible to over look. Its name is derived from Veterans Lane, the road it is on. It is very open and modern. It is not a large menu, but the food they do offer is very good.

FOOD The salads were very good, Sue loved the Mesclun Greens, Bill and I enjoyed the Arugula salad and John said the Lobster Polenta was very good.
They provided bread with an herbal olive oil which was very tasty.
We tried each of the pasta dishes. Gnocchi, Pappardelle, Rigatoni and Bucatini. All were quite good.
DRINKS
The red wine was good. Sue had a Porter as she wanted something close to a Guinness and was not disappointed.
PROS: Close and convenient, ambiance was cold but nice, contemporary with nice lighting and a pretty brick wall.
CONS: Hard to hear the waiter and the specials, bar bill was very high
COMMENTS
Food was above average. Will visit again, but would do it more often if it was a BYOB. Service was ok, waiter was business like
