We made a couple of attempts to go here this past year and finally made it.

This is a nice "quaint" country inn. The tables all had antique looking oil lamps and fresh flowers on them. Floors were carpeted, so noise was not an issue. It was really a nice impressive country atmosphere The only issue we had with the ambiance is our table was a bit close to the table next to us.

The waitress was amazing. She knew details about every dish and every drink. She was very attentive, but not TOO attentive.

I had the Lobster Ravioli and thought it was just ok. I guess I was expecting more chunks of lobster, but it was more like lobster puree in the ravioli. It was also very hot and had to wait quite a while to eat. Sue order the Cod with Crab. She said it was excellent but a bit over salted. Bill ordered the Fried Shrimp Diablo, which he also thought was excellent. They were nice big shrimp, a good portion and just the right amount of heat. John had the Shetland Island Salmon. He thought it had a good glaze, but could have been larger.

They also served us all vegetables. I wasn't quite sure what the all were. One was a red mashed potato. I didn't really need the vegtables with my meal. Sue thought they were too sweet. John liked them.

PROS:  Great service, great atmosphere, drinks were reasonably priced .

CONS: Too much food (go figure)
