I LOVE this dressing! You can use baby spinach leaves or whole large spinach leaves (but pull off the stems). Back in the day, we used the large ones, but you can’t really find them anymore and the baby ones are all washed for you :). I add hard boiled egg, sliced mushrooms and bacon for the salad.
THE DRESSING:
1 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1/2 cup ketchup 1 T Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 med onion
salt and pepper
Put all the ingredients together in a sealed container and shake. Refrigerate for 1 hour for the sugar to completely dissolve.
